Camp; June 20-26, 2010 |

Important Information:
Week
2 (June 20 – 26) has been selected for Camp
Ben Delatour, which is near Red Feather Lakes, Colorado (northwest
of Fort Collins). As of posting, we have reserved slots for 25 boys
and 5 adults to attend. Fortunately, this can be adjusted upwards
as long as there is space. Of course, if space is limited, positions
will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
The cost for each Scout to attend camp will be around $430, which
includes the cost of registration ($230) and travel (about $200).
The cost for each adult to attend camp will be around $300, which
includes the cost of registration ($100) and travel (about $200).
Since the camp is located more than 500 miles from home (actually
about 860), the Troop will be chartering a bus for travel. Please
note that as of this moment, travel cost has not been finalized,
but has been estimated based on the actual cost to travel to Colorado
two summers ago. Each camper will also be required to provide proof
of insurance and to have a completed Colorado
Camps Medical Form, which will likely mean a trip to the doctor.
Finally, there may be additional costs for certain merit badges,
personal gear, souvenirs, etc., which are not included.
All registrants will need to keep the following payment schedule:
February 1 $100
March 1 $100
April 5 $100
May 3 Balance Due

Treasurer, Mrs. Duda. Those seeking financial assistance should
contact our Scoutmaster, Mr. Murray, or our Troop Committee Chairman,
Mr. Stavinoha.
